Laser Tag Massacre’s rugged, grainy, and Mexican visual appeal makes it a visually stunning concoction, but its imperfect, juvenile, and relatable characters add real flavor to the narrative and make the game worth your time. The characters are all teenagers who have raging hormones, insecurities, stubbornness, youthful enthusiasm, and a recklessly charming attitude toward life. You might or might not agree with the characters’ intentions or demeanor always, but one thing’s for sure, i.e., you are going to enjoy their adrenaline-fueled, stupid, and mischievous banter. Here are the characters from Laser Tag Massacre.
Clara
Clara is not very talkative but also not an introvert, as she expresses herself only at the right moments. She keeps to herself but isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Clara is someone who loves to plan everything ahead of time. She doesn’t sparkle with joy but expresses enthusiasm through her insatiably positive mindset. She likes every thing to be prim and proper. She is not as stern as she seems, and she smiles like a demure, coy woman. Clara is that high school girl character from a Netflix web series, who is gorgeous, prudent, self-assured but not mean, and someone who would treat the shy nerdy guy character with respect and genuine empathy.
Alan
Alan is a mild-mannered guy and also Clara’s baby brother. He isn’t the most social guy, but he speaks with the confidence of a prodigy, as he bombards you with information while speaking. Alan is a true introvert who doesn’t do well in socially chaotic environments, and her sister, Clara, is worried about him visiting the Halloween party. Alan doesn’t know how to read the room and speaks without sugarcoating things, and sometimes he comes across as socially unaware, hurtful, and extremely rude. He is like a mischievous kid who is curious about his surroundings. Alan is the kind of guy who begins creating a mental pros and cons list about everything, almost instantly.
Lucas
Lucas is a socially active, emotionally intelligent, amiable, and level-headed guy and also the voice of reason among other characters. His nerves begin to play with him whenever he sees Clara, and he ends up acting a little goofy around her. He has leadership skills and takes initiative when others are roaming unbothered in the arcade. Lucas treats people with patience and respect, but during emotionally tumultuous times, he could rage and spark up a brawl. He is the most noble and sensible character in the game. Lucas is that guy who comes back home exhausted after an entire day of being kind to rude people and colleagues but still has the energy to do the dishes.
Paulo
Paulo is your typical good-looking, confident, popular but mean high school kid who has played the game of life on easy mode and doesn’t have a drop of politeness in his blood. He has a superiority complex and extreme masculine pride due to his ease of operation with the ladies. Paulo is shamelessly mean to Alan and verbally emasculates him for his lack of romantic experiences with women. He is the one who convinces everyone to go inside the laser tag gaming area. Paulo doesn’t care about what the world thinks and does as he pleases. He is like a meaner version of Marty McFly.
Daniela
Daniela is a fun-loving, high-spirited, carefree, extremely social, and hilarious girl who loves to tease her friends. She can be brutally honest at times, but she has the purest of intentions. Daniela pushes Lucas to confess his love to Clara like a true friend does. She is dating Paulo and wants to look the best for him at the Halloween party. Daniela loves to play Cupid for her friends and lives in her world of fantasy and romance. You can’t be friends with Daniela if you take offense to sarcasm or slightly mean jokes. She becomes the first victim of the massacre.
Chico
Chico is the guy behind the counter at the gas station convenience store where Paulo decides to stop the vehicle. He is extremely eerie and has a perpetual goofy grin pasted on his face, which makes him look creepy. Chico alerts Lucas at the counter about the madman on the loose but with a cryptic warning. You are going to get an odd vibe from this guy almost instantly. During a climactic cutscene, your suspicions about Chico are going to come true.
